Salesman Targets Deaf Community

Many of you have asked how it's been going since the Rainbow Cleaning Systems story titled "Salesman Targets Deaf Community" that was broadcast by KFOR TV on "In Your Corner".

Recently, we filed with our local police department a complaint of fraud against a Rainbow vacuum salesman who falsified our information and pressured us into a purchase we did not want to make. After having seen our story, officers in neighboring states have contacted us and implored that we file these charges so that they can take legal action against the traveling dealer when they come across him in their areas. The salesman was recently identified in Arizona attempting to peddle his merchandise there. Other people have experienced such fraud and have filed complaints with police departments across the country.
