Good morning! You really made Dad's day when you emailed to many people about the sport trivia re his being the quarterback playing against American University. We received many nice notes from friends and Dad really enjoyed reading them.
Attached you will find the most recent pixs of Dad...about three weeks ago. We met Albert Thompson's daughters in Gainesville, Fla for a visit. We agreed to drive halfway....met in Gainesville. They now live in Hernando, Fla. It was a nice visit.
Dad is doing pretty good for his age. You are right...he will be 96 this August. He is still alert and always asks me about the current problems at ASD. He hopes that everything will be resolved soon. He now walks very very slow with a cane...sometimes with a tri-wheel walker.
We plan to attend the AAD Conference next month so we will see you all. We will not go to all events...go when Dad feels like. He needs to rest often. Larry Evans and I will do things with VRSCA...booth and presentation. So we really look forward to seeing you all.
Will you do me a favor....send this to friends as I don't have their addresses.
Thanks.
Donna
